What are Tyvek Wristbands?  Tyvek is a synthetic material made of flashspun high-density polyethylene fibres. DuPont owns the registered trademark brand “Tyvek”. It is used for wristbands due to it being a very strong material, difficult to tear but cuts easily with scissors. Tyvek is highly breathable and allows water vapor to pass through but not liquid water and so a great material for wristbands.

Tyvek Wristbands

Tyvek is a single use wristband and a great way to control access to different event areas through using a varity of coloured wristbands and print.

Tyvek Wristbands are available plain or printed with logos and text, usually one print colour. Customise them by printing your message or event on them which also provides addtional security over plain Tyvek and with turn around times usually 3-4 days from artwork approval.

Printed Tyvek Wristbands

Tyvek is the most economical security wristband, made from the synthetic material Tyvek, it is waterproof and has a tamper-evident seal with chevron cuts. Tyvek wristbands are strong and durable but can be removed easily by cutting them with a knife or scissors.

Tyvek wristbands can be custom printed to your specification with a minimum order quantity of 100 and are also available plain from stock.
